Lawyer put forth his side in Hindi, in response the judge also pronounced the verdict in Hindi

In Madhya Pradesh Jabalpur High Court, a lawyer presented his case in Hindi before the judge. Impressed by this, the court also wrote its decision in the national language Hindi. This decision in the High Court was given by the Single Bench of Justice Virendra Singh in the matter of bail. Lawyers present in the court also congratulated and expressed happiness on the judgment of the High Court Justice in Hindi. 

Justice Virendra Singh of Madhya Pradesh High Court praised the lawyer who argued in Hindi. According to the case, Ramkumar, Omprakash and Beni Singh Rajput, residents of Samnapur district Raisen, were sentenced to 4 years imprisonment by the trial court for committing murder. Advocate Mohan Lal Sharma prepared and presented the bail application in English. 

But when the trial started, the lawyer argued in Hindi during that time, he argued that the facts were not properly placed before the trial court in this whole case as it would take time for the trial and there was no chance of my accused absconding. is unlikely. There is no such possibility, on this the court accepted the bail application.
